groundset.tech is operated by BPOptima Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202544773H), 32 Pekin Street, #05-01, Singapore 048762. We are the organisation responsible for personal data collected through this site.

Only what you choose to send us, and what any web server records.

• Walkthrough requests: your work email, your phone number, and the judgement or decision infrastructure you describe.
• Server logs: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time, kept by our hosting provider for security and operations.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts and carries no tracking pixels.

To reply to your request, arrange and run the walkthrough, and keep this site secure. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf under contract. We disclose it to others only where the law requires.

Walkthrough requests are kept while we are in conversation with your institution and deleted when they are no longer needed for that purpose. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, and other laws that apply to you, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent. Write to legal@bpoptima.com.

This policy covers the website only. GroundSet deployments run inside each client's environment and are governed by the client's own agreement and data processing terms.
